International Justice Mission Field Investigator Job Vacancy

International Justice Mission is looking for a qualified person to fill in the vacant position of a Field Investigator.
The job:
  • Serve in cooperation with the Director of Investigations as an investigative expert in defining intervention goals, strategies, execution and evaluation for case referrals;
  • Conduct investigations in referred cases;
  • Represent and communicate, as needed, the organization mission and activities before law enforcement agencies and/or;
  • Other related duties.
Minimum Requirements:


  • A minimum of three years of criminal investigative experience with the Criminal Investigations Department (CID), including undercover or special operations assignments;
  • Proven ability to develop and conduct investigations of criminal activity by public officers or officials;
  • Proven critical thinking and problem solving skills;
  • Service (volunteer or otherwise) with churches or Christian fellowships in Kenya;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Valid driver’s license;
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills both in English and Kiswahili;
  • Mature Christian faith;
  • Must be a good team worker with ability to work independently;
  • Able to maintain confidential or privileged and sensitive information;
  • Must hand in a clearance certificate from previous employer; and
  • Must be a Kenyan National.
