Sales & Marketing Department
Director of Sales

As Director of Sales, you will provide the leadership and knowledge to ensure that sales activity is in line with revenue objectives. You will be an outstanding negotiator and personally manage selected Key accounts for the hotel.
You will have the ability to evaluate, sell and confirm business in assigned market territories to meet overall budgeted
sales and profit targets. You will lead the development and utilisation of direct sales tools, analyse business statistics, co-ordinate special sales activities, promotions, trade shows and site inspections.
You will enhance the hotel’s community image and stays abreast of the competition, new developments and sales methods and techniques in the hotel industry to maximize sales volume and profitability and prepare reports as requested to develop a more informative data base for improved management decision making and critical
evaluation of work activities.
Marketing Manager
You will establish marketing strategies of representing the hotel; Organize and accomplishment of marketing projects; Creation of press releases; Produce sales and marketing support material according to centrally driven activity; Support design and production of all related collateral; Networking and cooperation with agencies and local partners; Ensure segment communications feature on all marketing plans and appropriate campaigns and sales activity is communicated to our partners; Support hotel with advertising advice, guidelines and template execution for local exploitation of advertising opportunities.
