Employment Opportunity in Operations Management

Our client, a fast growing manufacturing company dealing in the manufacture of uniforms, import, stockist and sale of PPEs (personal protective equipments), is seeking to recruit a highly motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual to work as an Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities:-
  • Overall supervision of administration, finance & accounts, purchasing & stores, and units & personnel to ensure compliance, procedures and standards.
  • Responsible for departmental schedules and work plans (assignment of duties)
  • Sanctions final reports as developed by the various operations units
  • Coordinates the operations of the various units on a daily basis
  • Provides guidelines on sourcing, outsourcing and all suppliers lists
  • Prepare up to date reports for the MD and update him/her regularly
  • Coordination of development of budgets
  • In charge of internal checks and balances (internal audit/ control)

Key Qualifications:-
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent business degree
  • Proven knowledge and practice in accounting, financial and stores management
  • Minimum 4 years experience
  • Good computer  skills and record keeping
  • Energetic with good interpersonal skills with excellent verbal & written communication
  • Results oriented with a proven track record
  • Work well under pressure and understands and acknowledge views of others
  • Good leadership, time management & feedback skills
