Responsibilities
- Training users and providing support of the EFD’s.
- Installation and configuring of the EFD’s.
- Diagnose ESD’s malfunctions to Electrical levels.
- Administering Windows Server.
- Trouble shoot networks/ IP addresses.
- Respond to Sales queries.
- To ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Having weekly reports and documentation of scheduled activities.
- Following on potential and existing clients and closing sales deals.
Minimal Requirements:
- Degree in Computer & Networking/ Electrical Engineering.
- 2-3 Years experience in computer and electrical equipment maintenance.
- Familiar with Windows Servers.
- A self starter with innovative skills.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
