CARE International in Kenya is looking for suitably qualified candidates to fill in the following positions for it’s Refugee Assistance Programme in Dadaab, North Eastern Province.
(1)  Program Quality and Compliance Manager
Under the direct supervision of Senior Program Manager, this senior strategic management position of Program Quality and Compliance Manager will be responsible for the establishment of a functional and dynamic Refugee Assistance Program (RAP) unit.
The unit will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in the monitoring and evaluation system, ensure programme quality and compliance to donor requirements as well as contribute to the overall program development (program design and contract management) within RAP sectors.
(2)   Water Engineer

Reporting to the WASH coordinator, the Water Engineer will be responsible for the general supervision of boreholes drilling, construction and equipping process; this includes ensuring that the specific contract items contained in the contract are strictly adhered to.
(3) Associate Counsellor
Reporting to the Lead Counsellor, the Associate Counsellor will be responsible of the management and coordination of a functional counselling programme targeting the refugee and local area community.
(4)  Assistant Livelihood officer – ICT
The Assistant Livelihood officer-ICT will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, supervision, monitoring and evaluation of livelihood including use of information and communication (ICT) to provide and improve livelihood for refugee youths.
(5)   Assistant Project Officer- Livelihoods
Reporting to the Livelihood Project Officer, the Assistant Livelihood Officer will be responsible for planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and documentation of all Livelihood activities in one of the refugee camps.
(6)   Assistant Officer – Youth & Sports
Reporting to the Youth & Sports Officer, the Assistant Officer, Youth & Sports will be responsible for youth specific development and sports activities in one of the refugee camps.
(7)   Assistant Gender Project Officer
Reporting to the Gender Project Officer, the Assistant Gender Project Officer will assist in planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and documentation of SGBV/FGM activities in one of the refugee camps.
