Equity Traders
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify Equity trading strategies and methods that lead to increase in trading volumes.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for increase of trading volumes from both local and international markets.
  • Generate business volumes and meet profit targets as set by Management by identifying and booking new customers
  • Analyze market conditions, social and economic data and advise management on investments options.
  • Evaluate financial risk, make decisions and prepare reports to the Management for Risk Management.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff in the unit for development of required skills and competencies.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelors Degree in a business or related field.
  • CFA, ACCA or CPA qualifications will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum two years experience in the Stock Market with bias towards portfolio management.
  • Strong analytical ability or technical concentration including analysis of intraday stock and market patterns
  • Experience in sales and proven ability to achieve sales targets
Fixed Income Dealers 
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify Bond trading strategies and methods that lead to increase in trading volumes.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for increase of trading volumes from both local and international markets.
  • Generate business volumes and meet profit targets as set by Management.
  • Analyze market conditions, social and economic data and advise management on investments options.
  • Evaluate financial risk, make decisions and prepare reports to the Management for Risk Management.

Corporate Finance Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify opportunities for financial advisory services and business growth including and not limited to Debt Financing, Equity Financing, Financial Restructuring and Mergers & Acquisitions.
  • Generate business volumes and meet profit targets as set by Management.
  • Act as Lead/source transaction advisor with hands on experience in dealing with CMA, NSE and other regulatory bodies; selecting and leading a team of consultants to package, price, and successfully execute the designated financial project to the client’s entire satisfaction.
  • Analyze market conditions, social and economic data and advise management on investments options.
  • Structure new products and implement sales strategies for financial products including but not limited to stocks, bonds and mutual funds.
  • Develop relations with fund managers, institutional investors and high net worth individuals for marketing of the company’s products.
  • Develop strategies for portfolio management, including but not limited to discretionary/non discretionary portfolio management, and fixed income fund products
Minimum qualifications and experience
  • Masters degree in Business Finance
  • Full professional qualification as CPA(K), ACCA or CFA
  • At least Five years practical experience in corporate finance
  • Proven track record in corporate finance and financial modeling
  • Evidence of successful projects concluded within the last three years and the specific role played by the applicant
