Our Client, a BPO/ITES company is looking for 10 Support Executives to work in a contact Center supporting end users remotely.

Aged between 20-29 Years, the candidates will be expected to;
- Be organized and able to work under strict processes
- Have proven knowledge/skills in accounting
- Have a minimum working experience at least one year in a busy organization
- Should possess knowledge of ERP software available in the market
- Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or enterprise level HR and Payroll application will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of additional languages beside English and Kiswahili such as French will be an added advantage.
- Be flexible to work night/evening shifts (24/7)
- Possess at least a bachelor degree, advanced diploma in IT or equivalent
