- Customer focused and desire to succeed by providing excellent level of service
- Diploma/Degree holder in social or Business management
- Over 5 years management experience in security industry.
- Ability to work honestly and independently without supervision
- Familiarity with security products and services.
- Good organizational skills for managing, prioritising tasks and Investigation Skills
- Computer literate (not a must)
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in Police (SSP) or Army (Major) will be an added advantage (MUST).
