The Rural Electrification Authority (REA) invites Requests for Proposal (RFP) for carrying out a tax consultancy services on a wide range of tax issues arising from all the operational areas in order to ensure that the Authority is compliant with the Law and is observing good corporate governance in relation to its mandate as stipulated in the Energy Act 2006 and as a State Corporation, with all the other laws that govern State Corporations.

Detailed terms of reference, evaluation criteria and format for submitting the bids are in the Request for Proposal Document to be inspected and/or purchased at the office of the Manager, Procurement & Supplies on the 6th Floor: The Chancery, Valley Road Nairobi, during normal working days between 9.00am – 12.30 pm and 2.00 -4.30 pm upon payment of a non – refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000/=, or equivalent in US Dollars payable in cash or bankers cheque drawn in favor of REA.
Interested eligible firms may obtain further information and clarification from the office of the Chief Manager Finance, at the Rural Electrification Authority offices located at the Chancery Building, 6th Floor, Valley Road, during normal working hours.
