Manager – with good experience in hospitality industry, self driven, results oriented, motivator, consistent in maintaining high standards, POS knowledge, well versed in accommodation and F&B management. Age btw 30-40 yrs
Head cook and cooks - Young and vibrant, organized and good planner, conversant with fine dining and ala carte
menu, experience from busy outlets, good in controls, and creative. Age btw 25-33 yrs
Servers/Baristas/Barman/Room stewards - Good training background, confident and good communication skills,
pleasant and efficient. Age btw 20-30 yrs
