Job Title: Sales Manager — Bancassurance & Broker Channels
 Reporting to: Head — Bancassurance & Broker Channels
Overall Description
The main focus of this position is to recruit, train, develop, motivate & manage productivity in order to achieve agreed business targets while adhering to compliance.
Main responsibilities:
  • Recruit and train high caliber sales agents in order to achieve the Company’s production targets
  • Monitor, Review and manage the performance of the sales team
  • Generate & analyze and action production reports
  • Ensure compliance with the regulatory body and Company’s code of ethical conduct
  • Develop and sustain growth and market penetration strategy for the channel
  • Develop a high performance and vibrant culture within the sales team
What must you have?

  • Bachelors degree in a business related field
  • Experience in selling insurance
  • Minimum of 3 years in sales management
  • Work experience in bancassurance will be an added advantage
