Three Months Temporary Jobs Vacancy

Our client is looking for a part time hire. This is for an initial period of 3 months with the possibility of progressing to a full time continuing placement. The daily pay will be 500 Kshs. Kindly see the JD below and apply if you are interested.


1. Organizational & Coordination Skills
•Ability to organize a Training Programme from start to finish.
•Call/Follow Up Trainers to identify and confirm availability for training
•Provide Trainers with all Materials required in advance of the training – Training Content, Participants Work-book, Handouts, Training Evaluations, Name Tags etc.
•Send Client Pre- Training Evaluations Forms, agree timings for return, follow up forms directly with Client and compile a basic report for trainers.
•Liaise with Client re Training Venue and availability of Projector and other facilities/equipment as required.
•Ensure proper printing of Participants’ Work-books, Name Tags, Certificates, Handouts
•Liaise with Graphic Designer for Participant’s Certificates and ensure these are available in a timely manner

2.Administration Skills
•Ensure photo-copy of Participants’ Work-book, Handouts etc in required quantities
•Track all costs and receipts related to the Training and hand-over to Accountants
•Follow up Clients for LPOs/Proposal Approvals, as well as Payments
•Support Trainer during Training Sessions as necessary especially in signing up participants, liaising with Venue staff regarding refreshments, facilities and equipment (Projectors, Flip Charts, Markers etc).
•Collecting all Training Evaluations and compiling report – as per requirements.
•Coordinate with Suppliers – as and when their services are required – Website, Email, Accountants

3.Customer Service/Communication Skills
•Communicate with Clients, Suppliers and Partners in a timely, friendly and professional manner – either face to face, telephone or email.
•Respond to Client, Suppliers and Partners queries in a timely, friendly and professional manner

•Commit to and Meet required standards of performance
•Maintain the Customer Service Consulting image of professionalism, excellent service delivery and passion for service excellence


•Ability and willingness to learn fast
•Cheerful and Friendly. A people person
•Self Motivated – ability to make follow ups without close supervision
•Mature and Reliable – committed to the task at hand and taking the job seriously
