The Oshwal College runs Professional and Degree Programmes in Business and Commercial subjects. The College has a GOLD Status for ACCA, with over 40 members of Academic Staff and 600 students.
The Management Committee is seeking to recruit a suitable Candidate to the Position of Principal based in Nairobi, who will report directly to the Management Committee with whom the successful candidate will have a Performance Contract.
The successful candidate shall be responsible for:
- Assessing existing Programmes and also develop new ones
- Prudent financial, administrative , technical, management and supervision of the College’s resources
- Developing the Human resource base and also carry out continual assessment of performances to expectations of the Management
Required minimum Qualificationslexperiences and personal attributes:
- Post graduate qualification in any Commercial or related discipline, possessing MBA and br PhD will be an added advantage
- BEd. or Post Graduate Diploma in Education
- At least 10 years of Teaching Experience
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a Senior Management position in an Educational Institution
- Age between 40-55 years
- Possess team leadership, management, communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to have managed a similar sized institution.
Terms of Offer:
This post is offered on a term of three (3) Years Contract, renewable subject to satisfactory performance; a Competitive remuneration will be offered.
