Human Resource & Administration Manager Vacancy

Our client is a leading professional cleaning services company located in Nairobi. They seek to recruit a focused, self-driven professional of high integrity in the Human Resource and Administration Department.


This position will report to the General Manager and will be responsible for, and manage the Human Resource and Office Administrative functions of the company.


a.Implement and monitor company policies and procedures.

b.Recruitment and selection of new employees.

c.Maintain and update staff records and production reports.

d.Oversee general office administration.

e.Conduct and coordinate
 employee performance appraisals.

f.Ensure adherence to company training policies and procedures.
 g.Review, analyze, update and recommend revisions of policies and procedures.

h.Develop effective strategies for improving teamwork.

i.Periodically review
 job descriptions, salary schedules and reporting structures.

j.Supervise the Human Resource and Administration Officer and Administrative Assistant.

k.Maintain confidential personnel files and HRMIS.

l.Contribute to the development and implementation of the social activities calendar.

m.Administer staff benefits including medical and all statutory payments.

n.Keep track of matters relating to statutory and other deduction to ensure that appropriate deduction from staff salary are made and remitted on a timely basis.
Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.

•Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences or any other relevant discipline.

•Diploma in Human Resource or Personnel Management.

•Over 5 years experience in a busy Human Resource department service a large workforce.

•Good understanding of Kenyan
 Labor Laws.

•Ability to supervise and manage a support team.

•Excellent communication skills and well developed IT skills especially working with HRMIS or any other relevant programs.

•KES 80,000-120,000/= PER MONTH

•Medical in-patient and out-patient

•Mileage allowance
