Reporting to: Head Partner & Channel Specific Location:  Telkom Plaza  Job Type:  Full Time
The Business Solution Developer will be reporting to the Head of Partners & Channel within the dedicated portfolio of Business Solution Developer This is a position requiring a high degree of initiative and skills in key partner account management, communication and negotiation. He/she will oversee the conceptualisation, planning, development and implementation of Business development within the Business Solution Partners.
Job Profile (Function Specific Activities) 1. Meet and exceed sales targets by developing relationships within targeted indirect customers through the Business Solution Partners
2. Identifying and managing Sell multiple products and services into those accounts
3. program risk, assessing situations, making recommendations, and implementing planned contingencies, when necessary
4. Providing critical communication links to the customer, business units, necessary functional organizations, executive and senior managers
5. Understanding customers* deployment plans and assessing their culture; identifying strategic plans for success of the customer and profitability of Telkom Kenya, including system-wide product upgrades, development of plans for technical and market trials, and promoting annuity business at each program-managed site
6. Creating action register reports, providing updates via electronic mail and other communications to key customers and the solution providers.
7. Coordinating Program Reviews with Business Solution partners  and their sales account teams.
8. Coordinating with IT&N, Product management to manage timely and accurate product and service delivery
9. Providing support for RFP/RFI/RFQ, proposals 
10. Guiding the project team on technical aspects of solution.
Personal Profile


Education:   - University graduate from recognized university Related Work Experience: A minimum of three years work experience in a sales enviroment
Essential / Desirable Skills 1. Experience in selling integrated communication solutions.
2. Accurately forecast new sales and revenue projections at a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis within the indirect
3. Respond in a timely and accurate manor to all new and disconnect orders being placed
