Applications are invited for the post of a Beekeeping trainer /facilitator at Baraka Agricultural College.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- To work with extension workers and trainers in setting up and maintaining beekeeping projects.
- Assist in the Project Coordination for the day-to-day monitoring of interventions, Drafting and report writing.
- Perform any other associated duties as required for the Project Coordination.
Requirements
- Must like working / interacting with bees
- Minimum of Diploma level in Agricultural related disciplines is preferred (Animal production option has added advantage),
- Social Mobilization process & Community organization skills
- Training of Trainers (TOTs) Skills,
- Training needs Assessment (TNA) Skills,
- Demonstrate (core human) values from past engagements as a leader,
- Some experience in teaching
- Self motivated, good networking and advocacy skills.
An attractive pay commensurate with experience will be offered.
