We seek to strengthen our human resource compliment by recruiting a qualified person for the position of Area Sales Manager responsible for providing overall leadership and strategy for total business performance in his/her area of operations.

Reporting to the Market Execution Manager, the job holder will be required to:-
- Promote good customer service through effective support of all customers and timely communication on Company policies and programmes
- Carry out programmes to identify opportunities in the market and design and implement plans to remedy the gaps that are noted
- Monitor market trends and advise Management for appropriate action
- Ensure availability of all Coca-Cola products in the trade
- Enforce market execution programmes as per established standards
- Supervise and train staff under him/her
- Train business owners and salesmen
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications and personality requirements:-
- A University degree in Sales, Marketing or in a business related field
- 3 years practical experience on FMCG in a busy sales function
- Clean valid driving licence
- Good supervisory, selling and communication skills
- Ability to achieve set targets
