Responsibilities

• Assisting with the Management of the KMS office.
• Preparation of KMS reports, minutes of meetings, letters and memos;
• Handling all KMS correspondence (incoming and outgoing mail) including email and faxes;
• Assisting in organizing workshops/seminars and other meetings;
• Arranging appointments for the Society’s Officials;
• Office purchases, book keeping and safekeeping of accountable documents;
• Attending to the Society’s visitors;
• Management of the KMS diary and making travel itineraries;
• Handling routine filing of KMS documents;
• Handling other general secretarial duties.

Qualifications
Successful applicants must have the following:
• Be a qualified Secretary from any recognized public training institute, with at least a Higher Diploma in Secretarial Studies
• Be computer literate
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
• Preparedness to work long hours
• Experience in working in a busy office will be an added advantage
