Our Client, a local BPO/Call centre is currently seeking sales/customer Service executives to be based in the following towns:
- Nakuru
- Mombasa
- Eldoret
- Kisumu
- Nyeri
We are seeking approachable and enthusiastic people persons who will liaise with customers, ensuring customer satisfaction through all aspects of service and to encourage new business from existing customers.
Coming from a customer service or sales background, you will have a talent for making customers and staff feels special.
Strong communication, presentation and proven, well-developed organization skills will also be essential.
Minimum Qualification: Degree or Diploma in any business related field.
Age 20-30 years
