- Minimum Bachelors degree in a business related field or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Project management skills highly desirable
- At least two years relevant work experience
- An understanding of the local building/construction industry
- Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
- Should be able to prepare and make high level presentations at
different levels to various clients - Excellent computer skills a must
Responsibilities
- Devise appropriate sales and marketing strategies to achieve desired product awareness and market share
- Identify and develop a client base to grow sales volumes against targets
- Ensure quality customer service and satisfaction as a key component of the sales process
