Debt Collection Officers

Minimum requirements:
  • KCSE with at least a mean Grade 'C' in Mathematics or 'KCE' with a Credit Pass in Mathematics
  • A Certificate in Credit Management/Business Studies/Accounting or Legal Studies
  • Experience in a credit management department or debt collection department
Process Servers

Minimum requirements:
  • KCSE1 with at least a mean Grade 'C' in either English / Kiswahili or 'KCE' with at least a Credit Pass in either English / Kiswahili.
  • Must have a valid License of Process Serving
  • Must have experience in a practicing law firm/legal department and/or an investigative department
  • A Certificate in Legal Studies will be an added advantage
Other requirements for all applicants;
  • Must hold a Certificate of Good Conduct that has been issued within the last two months
  • Must have superior negotiation and communication skills
  • Must have excellent planning and organization skills
  • Must have a good performance track record
  • Must be aggressive and consistent
  • Diligent, hardworking and able to travel frequently
