Quality Assurance Analyst - Microbiologist

Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Food Science and Technology/Dairy Technology/Food Microbiology. Minimum of 3 years experience in the food manufacturing industry providing microbiology and technical analysis of products.

Compliance Officer

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma preferably in Microbiology, Chemistry or Food Science. Minimum 3 years experience in ensuring regulatory requirements and product requirements are met and implementation of compliance tools and effectiveness in the factory.

Section Leader - Manufacturing

Requirements:
Degree in Production Engineering/Technology or equivalent. Minimum 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment at a supervisory level managing production, product development, product quality and safety and environment.

Maintenance Planner/Engineer
2 Positions

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Plant Option). Minimum 2 – 3 years experience in scheduling maintenance plans and implementing improvement plans and objectives. One position requires experience within the pharmaceutical industry and the other international experience within the food manufacturing industry.

Technical Manager

Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Higher National Diploma. Minimum 5 years experience in performing and overseeing all engineering duties in planning and designing tools, engines, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Experience within the floriculture industry will be an added advantage.

Facility Manager

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering with qualifications in Facility Management / Security Management will be an added advantage. Minimum 2-3 years experience in ensuring that security is maintained at the company premises, company vehicles and facilities are managed in a cost effective manner and overseeing all the security functions.

Sales Engineers – Perkins Engines

Requirements:
Degree in Engineering with minimum 2–4 years experience in selling diesel powered machines. Must have excellent communication skills and a clean driving license.

Human Resource Manager – Nairobi and Naivasha
(2 Positions)

Requirements:
MBA/ Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management and Higher National Diploma in HR. A minimum of 7 years experience in a managerial role within a HR department and dealing with a large work force. Experience in senior level HR strategic planning and organizational development will be an added advantage.

New Business Consultant/ Account Manager

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in Marketing. A minimum of 5-10 years selling experience is required within the ICT field, especially infrastructure or networking communications, developing new business relationships and generating new income at a consultative level. Advantageous if the candidate has previous experience working with a CRM package, especially Siebel and must be comfortable with Internet/Intranet format.
