The company is a provider of managed services in ICT. We are looking for dynamic and self motivated candidates to fill the following positions;
Manager – Managed Services and Data Center
Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, the successful candidates will be responsible for providing management and technical services for the data center, managed services and corporate IT needs.
These will include;

These will include;
- Manage the overall LAN infrastructure for all the company sites., Email, web sites and intranet
- Manage all Data Center activities, manage the 24/7 monitoring of
hardware, software, remote management of customers applications, manage relations with suppliers and partners - Provide support for OSS, CRM
- Liaise with the necessary stakeholders to ensure delivery of the required solutions within the agreed upon time schedules
The job holder will be required to assist sales, solution engineers and architects to design custom solutions and must possess training skills.
Minimum qualifications Required

- Graduate in Computer science
- Certifications in the industry leaders products and services
- Minimum 2 years management experience in the ICT industry
Manager Solutions Engineering and Architecture
The job holder is responsible for providing management and technical support for Product Development and custom solutions design for our customers, for all their needs in IT and Managed Services.
These will include;
The job holder is responsible for providing management and technical support for Product Development and custom solutions design for our customers, for all their needs in IT and Managed Services.
These will include;
- Manage the delivery of complex solutions using various technologies, based on our Network
- Manage the delivery of solutions based on voice and Video including Video Conferencing.
- Manage the delivery of customized solutions for LAN, internet access, security, and applications
- Ensure the coordination and support of presales activities and Responses to various Bids
- Manage the introduction of New products based on an agreed roadmap
Minimum qualifications required:
- Graduate in Computer science
- Certifications in the industry leaders products and services
- Minimum 2 years of management experience in the ICT industry
