1. Branch Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- University graduate
- Have at least ACII and/or AIIK qualifications or good progress in these examinations
- Have at least five (5) years experience in general insurance at a senior level
- Is able to work independently and
is self-motivated - Ability to work well with others and a team player
- Has notable success in leading a successful team through creativity and innovation
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
2. Marketing Manager
Qualifications and Experience
- A university graduate with at least ACII and/or AIIK qualifications or good progress in these examinations
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of insurance products, insurance market and knowledge of the market intermediaries
- Below 40 years and over 5 years experience is senior management position within the insurance industry
- Must have strong marketing skills and computer literate
- Strong leadership qualities, high integrity, creative, a good motivator and a results-oriented person
3. Underwriting Assistants
Qualifications and Experience
- Good progress in ACII or AIIK papers
- Over 4 years experience in a busy underwriting general business department
- Good analytical and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
4. IT Manager
Experience required
- Configuration and use of SCO Unix operation system
- At least 2 years programming in CQCS
- Experience with AIMS software
- Server technologies and related hardware
- Set up and administration of networks(LAN, WAN) and related networking equipments
- Configuration and administration of email, internet servers and office automation tools
- Administration and use of relational database management system
- Staff training and supervision
Qualifications
- Graduate – BSC (Computer Science) or equivalent IT qualifications
- Certification in MCSE and CCNA
- Ability to evaluate, develop, manage and maintain the Company’s Information Technology systems in line with the company’s objectives
5. Credit Control Officer
Experience required
- At least two years experience in credit management at supervisory level, reconciliation of customer accounts and debt collection.
- Excellent communication, organization, negotiation skills, a good team player and a person of high integrity
- Able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines with minimum supervision
Qualifications
- Diploma in Credit Management
- Possession of CPA II
- Knowledge of computer accounting packages
