Maisha Bora Sacco has an ambitious growth agenda contained in a 5-year Strategic plan and wishes as part of this programme to recruit a dynamic and result oriented individual to fill the position of Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities
The Finance Manager shall ensure that internal accounting processes are robust and adequately implemented. Further, shall ensure that business and financial control frameworks are in place and that internal and external governance requirements are met.
Experience and Qualifications
The potential candidate will be a business graduate (Finance) with professional accounting qualification CPA (K) and at least 3 years working experience in various Finance functions.
The candidate will also exhibit the following;
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills, able to work with minimum or no supervision.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to influence others towards accomplishment of collective goals.
- Working knowledge of an integrated accounting systems and window packages.
- Knowledge of local banking practices
- Proficiency of Ms office and accounting packages
- Diploma in Co-operative Management will be an added advantage.
