Director of Finance & Administration - CHF International Kenya Jobs

We are looking for qualified candidates to be our
 Director of Finance and Administration.

This position requires a high level of organizational ability, strong leadership and management skills, effective interpersonal skills at all levels of society, ability to work independently and with integrity.

Job responsibilities will include oversight of finance, grants management, IT and human resources for CHF International’s programs in Kenya. The position is based in Nairobi with occasional local and international travel.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience in financial management, procurement, and



    administration.
  • Significant and demonstrated knowledge and experience with USAID and/or CDC grants and contract regulations.
  • MBA or advanced degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA certification preferred.
  • Able to interpret and accurately create complex financial reports.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with accounting software (preferably Solomon and QuickBooks), and MS Office applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively and accurately under fast-paced conditions and meet deliverables on time.
