The person will have the following responsibilities:
- Drafting, purchasing, negotiating various types of agreements.
- Employment contracts and well conversed with labour laws and litigation.
- Liaising with Banks for mortgage and charging documents.
- Application of trade marks and licences.
- Insurance claims.
- Conveyancing.
Qualification Required:
- Advocate with current practicing certificate.
- Experience in litigation, labour law and conveyancing.
- Actively practicing for the past 5 years.
