Duty is chairing the company board meetings, co signing investment contracts, negotiating credit, attending AGM of partner companies in Kenya, Uganda and South Africa, contesting positions in directorship of partner companies, working with Managing Director to realize vision and strategic plans of the company in Kenya and the emerging markets.
