Administrative Assistant Job Re-Advertisement: Flexi Personnel Jobs

Our client, a reputable medium sized company is looking for anAdministrative Assistant.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for;
  1. Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate
  2. Organizing, maintaining diaries and making appointments
  3. Dealing with correspondence and writing letters
  4. Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post
  5. Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  6. Providing administrative support to the biz.
  7. Projecting a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction.
  8. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.
  9. Create and modify documents using MS as

    well as carry out other duties requiring a background in IT, and specifically graphical computer packages (Corel draw, Photoshop or Illustrator)
  10. Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Candidate Profile
  • Self driven results-oriented person with outstanding communication skills.
  • The candidate must have a Diploma in IT and specifically graphical computer packages (Corel draw, Photoshop or Illustrator)
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude, outstanding maturity and initiative.
  • 2 years working experience in a similar role an added advantage.
