SPSL would like to recruit suitably qualified candidates from Kenya for following positions.

SPSL/1: Key Account Sales Manager – Nairobi

Role: To drive competitive sales of packaging solutions - consumables, equipment and automation to develop new business, delight customers and gain market share in various market segments.

Education: University degree in engineering or equivalent qualification. Post Graduate management qualification is an added advantage.

Relevant work experience and skills: Minimum 5 years Industrial Sales experience. Essential skills include application development, relationship building, communication, closing, commercial acumen and documentation.

SPSL/2: Sales Executive – Nairobi

Role: To develop new customers and new applications for improving sales in the territory and optimizing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include sales, documentation and payment collection.

Education: University degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Post Graduate qualifications will give candidates added advantage.

Relevant work experience and skills: Minimum 3 years Industrial Sales and Service experience. Essential skills include applications development, communication, closing and commercial acumen.

SPSL/3: Technical Sales Executive – Mombasa

Role: To develop new customers, new applications and new channels for improving sales in the territory and optimizing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities will include sales, developing and managing distributor network, installation and commissioning of machines /tools, effective after sales service – including trouble shooting, preventive and break-down maintenance, spares and AMC sales, documentation and payment collection.

Education: University degree in Engineering or equivalent qualifications. Post Graduate qualifications will give candidates added advantage.

Relevant work experience and skills: Minimum 5 years Industrial Sales and Service experience. Essential skills include applications development, trouble shooting, training, distributor management, communication and commercial acumen.

SPSL /4: Senior Executive - Manufacturing – Nairobi

Role: Production planning. Optimum utilization of available capacity - labor, tools and equipment. Ensuring cost and quality of production in the process lines. Compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assisting Production manager in the development of new methods and procedures. Work for continual improvement in processes and productivity. Leads a team of direct reports. Responsible for preventive maintenance and ensuring high uptime of equipment

Special requirements: Implementation of ISO and 5S processes. Responsible for uptime of production machines in operation. Develops maintenance preventive surveys, evaluating or recommending actions to minimize production downtime. Required to manage mechanical, electrical and electronics/control maintenance. Prepares new machines and production equipment for operation – project implementation

Education: Degree or Diploma Engineer with specialization in Plastics or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.

Relevant work experience and skills: 4 to 9 years in Chemical/Petrochemical, Plastics, Rubber, Printing & Packaging industries.
