Qualifications and experience
- Degree or Higher National Diploma in Building Economics holder from a recognized institution with three years experience
- Knowledge and proven experience in:
- interpreting Architectural and Engineering drawings
- Bill of Quantities preparations and tendering procedures
- Project reporting
- Project planning timelines
- Microsoft projects proficiency and fully computer literate
- Ambitious, honest, self motivated and able to work unsupervised
- Be well organized, team player, flexible and of supporting high work pressure loads
- Be below 35 years of age
