Home Park Caterers seeks to recruit suitable applicants for the following positions:

General Manager

Main duties will include:
• Managing the daily operations of all the restaurants and outlets to achieve planned goals and will be particularly responsible for the operations of all departments related to the production and service of food and beverage;
• Recruiting and training heads of departments and other key staff;
• Setting budgets and forecasts;
• Planning and overseeing improvements;
• Overseeing purchasing and stock control;
• Sales and marketing.

Restaurant Manager

Main duties will include:
• Day to day management of one of the restaurants ensuring high standards of food and service delivery;
• Responsible for ensuring that all internal control procedures are followed;
• Responsible for business performance of the restaurant;
• Staff management and training;
• Equipment maintenance.
Qualifications and Qualities
• Relevant qualification in Food and Beverage Management with minimum 5 years experience in similar position.
• Strong leadership skills and hands-on approach with strong communication skills.
