Background
We are a large reputable organization seeking to undertake executive mentoring for the Head of Corporate Communications who holds a Masters degree in Communications.
Purpose of the consultancy
The purpose of this consultancy is to avail to the Head of Corporate Communications experiential learning through mentorship and coaching.This is a tailor-made coaching/mentoring program that will lead to verifiable job-related results based on mentorship program to be agreed upon between the officer, the consultant (s) and the funding agency.The mentoring program will include practical simulated sessions, advanced seminars and an exchange program for benchmarking and experiential learning.
Duration of the consultancy
The consultancy will take up to 3 months with a possibility of extension as may be required based on the developed program.Outputs from the consultancy
· An inception report within the first two weeks of the consultancy. The report will include a program of action/mentorship program with detailed activities and budget,
· A progress report within 2 months, and
· A final report
Your response
Your technical quote will include a proposal of how you intend to undertake this consultancy,possible places where the officer will be placed for experiential exposure/exchange program (with reasons for your choice), qualifications of the key consultant (s) and any supporting/collaborating consultants.
Firms may associate with other firms/individuals to marshal the kind of expertise required for this consultancy. Please give us references of earlier similar works undertaken.The financial quote should indicate the charges per hour for the consultancy, as well as the cost of items charged in lump sum such as experiential exposures within and outside the country (a key aspect of the mentoring/coaching program).
