Brief Description
To meet and assist West and Central African Passengers from Aircraft right up to the arrival or departure concourse of the airport
Detailed Description
· Meet the clients before the immigration zone and assist them all the way through the immigration, until they are handed over to their drivers.
· Ensure efficient & effective transit of passengers in compliance with the carrier’s policies/procedures and customer expectations.
· Ensure safe and secure operations and working environment to comply with the relevant statutory and industry requirements.
· Train the Customer Service Agents as well as Flight Operations staff members on how to handle clients from West and Central Africa.
· Resolve major issues that the clients may have in line with the carrier’s policies.
Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Experience
· Experience in delivering quality service in a demanding consumer environment
· Fluency in French language
