The County Council of Nyandarua wishes to improve its service delivery to its customers, stakeholders and the general public.
To realize this important goal the council invites expression of interest from consultancy firms to
provide consultancy services for:
• Valuation of council assets
• Develop Anti-corruption policy; prepare corruption prevention plan and developing code of conduct.
• Baseline surveys on work environment, employees satisfaction and customers satisfaction.
The eligible firms should satisfy the following minimum conditions.
• Certificate of incorporation/business registration certificate
• Accreditation/Affiliation certificate
• Trading business license.
• Company profile and qualification of directors
• Previous consultancy works with other institutions
• VAT compliance
The expression of Interest (EOI) document bids may be obtained from the cash office County headquarters Nyahururu during normal working hours upon payment of non-refundable fee of Kshs. 2,000 per set of tender document, the same should be submitted or placed in the tender box situated in county headquarters ground floor on or before Thursday 18th February 2010 at 12.00 noon where opening will be done same day at the council chambers.
The County Council of Nyandarua reserves the right to accept or reject EOI in whole or in part and is not bound to give reasons whatever for its decision.
