Brief Description

To ensure a cohesive regional outlook, optimise revenue and profitability, motivate team while continuously promoting growth and company image

Detailed Description

· To lead, motivate, guide, support, develop the team within the region to enhance productivity and efficiency
· To achieve, optimise revenue budget target for maximum and sustainable profits
· To prepare, monitor and control annual regional budget to ensure expenditure is in line with business plan
· To develop and implement sales/marketing plans to deliver budget objectives and optimise on resources
· To identify and develop new business opportunities (SPAs, Route, BASA, Commercial Agreements, GSAs, Interline sales etc) for revenue growth
· Promote image of company to the market region (Government/Travel Agents/CAA, Trade parties etc) for good relationship and safeguard of company business

Job Requirements Knowledge, Skills, Experience

· University graduate with at least 5 year sales management experience
· Computer literate and driving licence
· Good negotiation skills
· Ability to lead and motivate a team
· Strong analytical and visionary skills
· Ability to work in a changing environment
· A good planner
