NairobiNet (K) Ltd a leading applications service provider is looking for a competentAdministrative Assistant.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receiving of clients to the office
  • To assist the Directors with all daily operations of the office
  • Organizing and maintaining filing systems for office documents and personnel
  • Receiving of office mail and dispatch
  • And any other duties assigned

Qualifications

  • Ability to work without supervision and work in a team
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Computer literate
  • Should have excellent attention to detail
  • Knowledge of basic accounting is a MUST
  • Should be able to demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum Diploma level in Business Administration or Secretarial studies
  • Must be presentable, and with an experience in related field for not less than 2 years.
