Senior Sales Executive Job in Kenya

Duty Station: Juba- South Sudan.

Start Date: Immediate.

Job Summary

Reporting to Head of Spectrum Advertising Agency, the senior sales executive will work with a team of sales executives to hit the set revenue targets.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients/customers to get detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirement for each project.

Seek out sales opportunities through daily market visitation, cold calling, and proposal development.

Set up meetings with potential clients to understand their needs.

Prepare quotations and other relevant forms for all customers.

Take part in various sales and marketing activities to promote Spectrum Advertising Agency.

Manage a team of sales executives to achieve set revenue targets.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Lead a team of sales executives to meet assigned sales targets.

Conduct market research to understand selling possibilities and evaluate clients’ needs.

Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements/ Abilities


Diploma /BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong supervisory and leadership skills.

Thorough understanding of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Experience working with a leading advertising agency in the same or senior capacity.
