Customer Services and Project Specialist Job in Kenya


Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

Experience: 5-7 years in customer service, project management, or a similar role.


Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proactive problem-solving mindset.

High attention to detail and quality.

Proficiency in document management systems and project analysis.

Technologically competent, with sufficient skills to implement multiple Zoho and other low or no-code technologies.

Proficiency in PowerPoint.

Experience in managing emails and time tracking for executives.

Experience in working with, developing, and analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data and information.


Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Eager to take on more responsibilities and grow within a dynamic environment.

Comfortable with technology and quick to adapt to new tools and systems.

Driven by a desire to support both clients and the internal team.

Capable of thinking, problem-solving, and being accountable.
