Reception Duties:

Greet and welcome clients warmly.

Manage the appointment scheduling system efficiently.

Answer phone calls, emails, and social media inquiries promptly.

Maintain a clean, organized reception area.

Handle client check-ins, check-outs, and payments.

Administrative Support:


Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.

Prepare and maintain confidential client records.

Support marketing efforts with social media posts and content.

Ensure smooth operations within the clinic.

Qualifications:

Experience in using social media.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient with computer systems.
