Branch Manager (Kisumu) Job in Kenya

Role Summary:

The Branch Manager bears the responsibility of the branch, its employees, reputation and portfolio.

Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations of the branch, achievement of branch targets, while maintaining focus on the company’s strategic goals, and maintains a healthy relationship with staff, clients, government bodies and market leaders.

Qualifications:

The incumbent must be Holder of bachelor’s degree in business management or equivalent from a recognized university.

Minimum of 5 years Branch Management experience in a Financial institution.

Computer literacy and proficiency.
