Office Assistant Job in Kenya

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintaining calendars, scheduling appointments, making copies, and compiling documentation
  • Interacting with clients and witnesses, answering and directing phone calls, and screening, directing, and prioritizing emails
  • Assisting with trial preparation, including assembling exhibits, witness binders, and appendices, and
  • summarizing witness interviews
  • Organizing and managing documents, including creating spreadsheets and retrieval systems
  • Any other relevant duties that may be assigned.

Requirements for Appointment

  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education
  • Previous work experience in the legal field.
  • Satisfy the requirements of chapter six of the constitution of Kenya on leadership and integrity;
