Brief Job Description:
Open Files
Apply IMP &IDF, RQ Cheques from finance, and hand
over full set to RA.
Daily report of IMP & IDF.
Follow up for copy and original documents and liase
with finance, bank, and rider for original documents.
Send documents to C&F agent and ensure all
documents are in time before the vessel arrives.
Updating of the black book/Register.
Requisite advance payments for agents and send TT
Copies and reference.
Follow up clearing agents on clearance of goods and
loading of containers.
Pre-Arrival packing lists to be circulated 1 week
prior to the warehouse.
Open Container
All filing manual and digital filing system
Any other work assigned. Must Have: Minimum
Requirements
To be considered, these minimum requirements must be

2 Years’ experience as a Logistics
officer
SAP knowledge added advantage
KISIM Certified
