Our
client is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance and
Operations Officer to join their team. The ideal candidate will oversee
financial management, and operational processes, and ensure the smooth
functioning of the organization. This role requires a blend of financial
expertise and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial
Management:
Prepare,
analyze, and report financial statements and budgets.
Manage
accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payments.
Conduct
financial forecasting and risk analysis.
Monitor
cash flow, and banking activities, and prepare reconciliations.
Assist in
the preparation of annual budgets and financial audits.
Ensure
compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Operational
Management:
Oversee
daily operations and ensure efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
Develop
and implement operational policies and procedures.
Manage
procurement and logistics to support operational needs.
Coordinate
with various departments to streamline operations and improve workflows.
Monitor
and report on operational performance metrics.
Assist in
the development and implementation of strategic plans.
Compliance
and Risk Management:
Ensure
compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Identify
and mitigate operational and financial risks.
Maintain
up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s
degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 5
years of experience in financial management and operational roles.
Strong
understanding of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory
requirements.
Excellent
organizational and time-management skills.
Strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency
in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills.
