Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Customer Experience
Associate at our headquarters in Nairobi County, Kenya. As a Customer
Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providingexceptional customer
support and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your day-to-day tasks will involve
handling customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing,
Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in customer experience,
customer success, or a related role, preferably in
a startup or fast-paced environment.
Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer
Experience skills
Ability to maintain a high level of customer
satisfaction
Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve
issues
Excellent problem-solving skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience in the water or environmental industry is
a plus
Fluency in English and Swahili
On-call duty- The position may involve on-call duty
during nights and weekends
Proven experience in developing and implementing
customer experience strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
with the ability to build strong relationships
with customers and colleagues.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data
and translate insights into actionable plans.
Proficiency in using customer experience management
tools and software.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to
think outside the box.
High level of empathy and a customer-centric mindset.
