Overall Responsibility
The successful candidate will be responsible for
overseeing the daily operations of the Hospital facility, ensuring the delivery
of high-quality patient care, optimizing operational efficiency, and managing
departmental budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations,
accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
Develop and implement operational policies,
procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and patient care.
Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of
healthcare professionals, including clinical and administrative staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
that promotes professional growth and high morale.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback,
and implement staff development programs.
Develop and manage the facility’s budget, including
revenue and expense forecasting.
Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and implement corrective actions as needed.
Optimize resource utilization to achieve financial
and operational goals.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered
care at all the service points.
Implement quality assurance programs to monitor and
improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Address patient complaints and concerns in a timely
and effective manner.
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and
execute strategic plans for the facility.
Identify opportunities for service expansion, process
improvements, and new program development.
Represent the hospital in community events,
professional organizations, and public forums.
Develop relationships with community partners,
referral sources, and other healthcare providers.
Promote outpatient services through marketing and
public relations initiatives.
Job Qualifications & Skills
A Bachelor’s degree in any business-related course.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare
administration
Proven track record of successful leadership and
management in a healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations,
accreditation standards, and quality assurance practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
organizational skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
and stakeholders.
