Role Description
Peach is at an inflection point of growth. We have
been running operations on James Gichuru Road for a few years now, and have
recently expanded to Kiambu road and are seeking a versatile administrative
associate to assist with various tasks including managing correspondence,
clerical work, organizing events, office management and maintaining accurate
records. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, attention
to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities include:
Front office management; including managing customers
and walk-ins
Result: Positive customer experience
Overseeing overall office hygiene, cleanliness,
repairs and maintenance
Result: Improvements to office area made in a timely
manner, and nearly entirely managed by Admin
Taking stock of all company equipment and assets and ensuring that there’s accurate reporting on the condition of equipment.
Result: Trackers for inventory are updated accurately
and regularly
Updating of respective admin trackers
Procuring of supplies and services as and when
required
Result: Giving full context when new purchases need
to be made so leadership can make informed decisions
Coordination of office meetings and events
Result: Ownership around scheduling meetings and
events for the team
Liaising with vendors to ensure timely service
delivery
Result: Ownership around vendor management and
execution of new updates/ upgrades that need to be made at the facilities
Creating and maintaining office filing systems
Result: Flagging when documents are missing and being
responsible for ensuring the documents are collected by Sales Admin
Updating the employee as well as the Peach community
(customers)boards
Assisting in making mobile payments on admin related
expenses
Keeping contact with security firm and ensuring the
guards are following Peach rules and raising any issues that might arise to
management
Result: Communication with Jeff Hamilton is clear;
processes are followed; accountability is given when processes are not followed
Requirements
Candidates should have at least two years of
administrative experience .
This individual should be able to wear multiple hats,
organized and self-motivated.
Preferred candidates are detail oriented and possess
excellent interpersonal skills.
