Industry: Electric Vehicles Industry

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the company’s overall financial accounting, reasonable setting of accounting books and accounts, and execution of daily accounting work.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, and assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures.

Timely declaration and payment of various taxes, maintaining communication with tax authorities at all times, and understanding national tax laws and regulations.

Correctly carry out accounting calculations, prepare and review accounting vouchers, register detailed accounts and general ledgers.

Responsible for the reconciliation and clearance of internal and external funds of the company.

Check-out reconciliation; Ensure consistency between vouchers and accounts, account reconciliations and actual accounts.

Issue financial statements and internal management reports on time, including statistical, collation, consolidation, settlement of company sales data, and monthly sales reports, etc.

Complete other tasks assigned by the company.

Requirements:


Diploma and above in Financial Management, Accounting or related field.

Holder of CPA 3 and above.

Have accounting work experience, familiar with managing various work processes and statistical reports.

Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and MS Office programs

Familiar with overall financial accounting and tax processing.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret financial data accurately.

Good language expression and logical thinking ability; enthusiastic and active in researching business knowledge.

Strong sense of work responsibility and professionalism.

Familiar with local tax laws in Kenya
