The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in the field of TV productions and demonstrate expertise in various aspects of television programming, including planning, script writing, content creation, camera work, sound and editing.
Key Qualifications And Responsibilities
- TV Production Experience:
A minimum of 10 years of experience in TV production, with a comprehensive
understanding of television programming, production workflows, and
industry standards.
- Leadership and Planning: Strong
leadership abilities with the capacity to effectively plan and manage TV
projects from conception to completion. This includes overseeing
production schedules, budget management, resource allocation, and
coordination of production teams.
- Creativity and Script Writing: Proven skills in script writing and content creation, with the
ability to develop compelling and engaging television content that aligns
with Christian values and mission of our media house.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency
in camera work, sound recording, and video editing techniques with the
ability to train and guide the TV team in achieving high-quality
production standards. Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and
software is essential.
- Client and Stakeholder Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively
interact with clients, stakeholders, and external partners. This includes
presenting ideas, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction
throughout the production process.

production team, provide guidance, feedback, and training opportunities to
