Job Description
- Establish sales targets & plan to
ensure the team meets the company’s set sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends & competitor
dynamics to develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
- Recruit, train & manage the sales
team to ensure they possess necessary sales skills and product knowledge.
- Build & maintain good relationships
with customers, resolve customer issues & enhance customer
satisfaction.
- Plan & organize sales promotions,
exhibitions and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and
product sales.
- Data analysis & Reporting with the
skills to adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
- Manage relationships with dealers,
suppliers & other partners.
- Regulatory compliance & Risk
Management
- Manage automobile inventory to ensure
inventory levels meet the market demand & sales plans.
- Determine product pricing strategies
& adjust them based on market demand.
- Conduct market research and competitive
analysis to understand customer needs.
- Continuously learn & update the team
on technical and industry knowledge.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or above in
Marketing, Business Management, Foreign Trade, Automotive Engineering.
- 3 years & above experience as a sales
manager/ key account manager in the automobile industry.
- Familiar with the automobile market
conditions in major cities across the country.
- Familiar with local laws and customs
related to management and operations.
- Driving license holder with driving
experience of more than 1 year.
- MS Office proficient
- Good professional ethics and
confidentiality.
- Good interpersonal communication and
coordination skills.
