Job Description

  • Establish sales targets & plan to ensure the team meets the company’s set sales objectives.
  • Analyze market trends & competitor dynamics to develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
  • Recruit, train & manage the sales team to ensure they possess necessary sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Build & maintain good relationships with customers, resolve customer issues & enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Plan & organize sales promotions, exhibitions and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and product sales.
  • Data analysis & Reporting with the skills to adjust sales strategies in a timely manner.
  • Manage relationships with dealers, suppliers & other partners.
  • Regulatory compliance & Risk Management
  • Manage automobile inventory to ensure inventory levels meet the market demand & sales plans.
  • Determine product pricing strategies & adjust them based on market demand.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to understand customer needs.
  • Continuously learn & update the team on technical and industry knowledge.


  • A Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, Foreign Trade, Automotive Engineering.
  • 3 years & above experience as a sales manager/ key account manager in the automobile industry.
  • Familiar with the automobile market conditions in major cities across the country.
  • Familiar with local laws and customs related to management and operations.
  • Driving license holder with driving experience of more than 1 year.
  • MS Office proficient
  • Good professional ethics and confidentiality.
  • Good interpersonal communication and coordination skills.
